- Chaktomuk Short Film Festival (CSFF), the first and longest-running short film festival in Cambodia, to celebrate emerging filmmakers’ debuts
- Let’s Document Cambodia (LDC), an immediate project affiliated with SFO, aiming to document indigenous people’s cultures and community issues
- Ahkara Translation Agency (ATA), a local language solution agency in Cambodia, I have co-run since 2009
- Sithen Optimistic Soul (SOS), a personal consultancy brand designed for other projects than films and translation
